LES FOUGERES residence. As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the terrace, a real haven of peace where you can relax. Equipped with garden furniture, tables, chairs, a plancha area and even a shower for when you return from the beach, this terrace is the ideal place for outdoor meals or moments of conviviality with family or friends.
Inside, the living room (approx 26m2) is bathed in light thanks to its large bay window, and offers an indoor/outdoor feel, while the air conditioning ensures your comfort throughout your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, while the utility room with washing machine adds a practical touch to your stay.
On the ground floor, a shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin awaits you, as well as a separate toilet.
A staircase leads up to a mezzanine, giving access to the master bedroom with a double bed. From the mezzanine, a meunier staircase leads to two small attic bedrooms, perfect for independent children, with a double bed in one and a single bed in the other.
Communal parking is available in the street, and an area of pine forest in front of the villa adds a touch of tranquillity to your stay.
