The apartment consists of an entrance opening onto a bright living room with TV and sliding glass doors leading to the east-facing terrace (approximately 9 m²) equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The separate kitchen is practical and well equipped with refrigerator, 4-ring ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The sleeping area includes bedroom 1 with window, two single beds pushed together (one duvet) and TV, and bedroom 2, an alcove-style room with a small window, equipped with a foldaway bed for one person and a TV.
